The BTAK estimates the deadline given on the Energy Regulatory Office ( ZRGE) until 16 August for businesses to link supply contracts, it is very short and causes major problems for hundreds of businesses that have not signed with any licensed companies.
It also says that large numbers of companies are awaiting the final verdict by the Commercial Court, where they have handed out indictments against this process, and others are in procedure to prepare the complaint in other judicial instances, including the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo.
