Kosovo citizens living abroad and are currently at home have the opportunity to receive direct information about the 2025 local elections process.
Starting today on August 11th to August 29, 2025, each working day (Monday Friday) from 11:00 to 14:00, they can visit Central Election Commission headquarters (KQZ) or the offices of 38 Communist Election Commissions. The purpose of these meetings is to inform the census and voting abroad.
Meanwhile, the period of voter registration outside Kosovo continues for voting by post in the municipal mayors' elections and municipal frameworks, which will be held on 12 October 2025.
The census, opened on July 23rd, ends on August 29, 2025.

By mail: sending documents to the CEC mailbox in Kosovo.
In local elections, voting from abroad is conducted only through mail, as the law does not provide a vote on diplomatic representations.
