The Central Election Commission reports that periods for application of political subjects for certificate and for handing over the list of local Elections for Municipal Speakers and Communist Frameworks, which will be held on October 12th 2025.
This period, which began on 26 June, will end on 13 August 2025.
In order to facilitate application, the CEC has functional electronic platform https://apponi.kqz-x.org, which will serve political subjects to submit their application online.
How is the application conducted?
Step one: The authorised representative of the political subject (civil initiative and independent candidates) must online complete the data required on the platform: https://apponi.kqz-x.org. The registered political parties and coalitions have been created and sent to the authorities and are not required to follow that step.
Step two: After the application, the Office for Recording, Certificate and Financial Control of Political Subjects (ZRCKFSP) will review and approve or not the initial application. After confirming the application, Z. RCKFSP will be forwarded via email to the authorized representatives to access the online platform and submit the application.
