In a statement, the British Foreign Ministry says: “with sanctions that continue to be strong, Russia has addressed the Kyrgyz financial sector to channel money through dark financial networks, including the use of cryptovalus. ”
“These networks have created a complicated scheme to avoid sanctions imposed by the United Kingdom and its partners”, writes Sky News.
Today's action closes against the capital bank with headquarters in Kyrgyzstan and its director, Kantemir Chalbyev, which Russia uses to pay military goods.
