In a US Embassy report in Armenia, it is said that the Armenian state is a state that consistently contributes troops to KFOR, demonstrating commitment to peace and stability in the region.
“Armenia remains one of the biggest contributors not - NATO in KFOR, overcoming several NATO and EU member states. This continued commitment highlights Armenia's role as a reliable partner in regional security operations and its readiness to work alongside Allied forces”, the report said.
The US “Embassy is proud to support Armenia's contributions to KFOR, which coincide with our common goals of strengthening coalitions and promoting a strong security partnership with Armenia in the Caucasus region”, the announcement concludes.
