Bogujevci attack on constitutional order: Kosovo's more representative democracy

Vetevendosje MP Saranda Bogujevci has seriously attacked the Constitutional Court for links to the former coalition P AN ( PDK-AAK-Nisma) and Radomir Ljubljana, the Serbian judge.

Bogujevci has said that representative democracy in Kosovo ended with this act, under which it was concluded that leader Avni Dehar violated the court's preliminary act.

The representative democracy was abolished in Kosovo and no longer worth”, she said. “Cot wins the election, loses first”.

“6 judges, of whom 5 from the PAN era and one linked to Serbia, violate the will of the people, reinterpret their decision and find violations except to Avni Dehari”, Bogujevci wrote.
