Britain's Emissar Karen Pierce has said she expects to meet Kosovo representatives at meetings within this summit.
Serbia's participation in these meetings has not been confirmed by Pierce. She will hold a phone call with Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq.
Similarly, the British emissary made a call with incumbent Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurtin.
The Berlin process is an initiative aimed at boosting regional co-operation in the Western Balkans and helping to integrate these states into the European Union. It was launched on August 28, 2014, by German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
The aim of its summits, held annually, is to boost co-operation among Western Balkan countries Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia, and gradually draw them closer to the EU. /Periscope/
