The institutional crisis in Kosovo, which has lasted over six months due to the lack of a political agreement between parliamentary parties, according to former PDK President Hajdar Beqa, is deepening because of incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
At Dukaagjini TV, Beqa accused Kurti of deliberately obstructing the institution of new institutions.
“I see a Kurti will not have Kosovo institutions. I don't know why. At a moment when it was made public, part of the decision that has not yet been issued, many senior VV officials were shot at the Constitutional Court, attacked...”, Beqa said.
Beqa also stressed that the PDK will not vote candidates for the Parliament chairman if they have been part of past government or have made statements against KLA values and its former leaders.
“ish-manager none (can vote). Then the parliamentary groups are also placed in PDK leadership. We can't vote, for example, on an MP who has been at odds or has come up against the values of Kosovo, the KLA. Or someone who has made a statement against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Rexhep Selimi, Jakup Krasniqi. Against the martyrs, the NLA martyrs. We can't vote on these people. Now he needs to see who the person is...”, Beqa added.
The Constitutional Court has ordered the constitution under 30 days from the publication of a full-fledged trial, but still does not have a specific date for the constitutional session.
MPs are ordered to constitutionalise the Assembly within a 30-day term and elect the prime minister through open voting, casting the same candidate no more than three times./Periscopi/
