The case of former Judge Nicolas Guillou, who had ordered the arrest of KLA leaders and the raid on my apartment, is the most clear example of how justice has been transformed into political means.
It is no coincidence that this person is already under sanctions, just because he has used legal means as a political weapon, removing his work from any element of judicial impartiality.
This is not an isolated case, but part of a broader model.
Jack Smith, former head of Specialised Chambers, after closing the mandate in Kosovo, was sent to the US to press politically motivated charges against President Donald Trump.
His successor, Alex Whitting, followed the same path. And now, Guillou himself has been placed on the front line for the pursuit of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, clearly showing that this “judicial film” is used for international political missions.
Thus, the Special Court for Kosovo is nothing more than an Eulex 2.0 policy instrument, a mechanism built for political purposes, which has already exceeded Kosovo's borders by instrumentalising logic.
Instead of guaranteeing impartial justice, it is serving as a tool for interference in other countries' internal political processes, transforming justice into a clean instrument of power.
