Bajrami: Kurt forced Dehar to violate the Constitution

Democratic League of Kosovo MP (LDK), Hykmete Bajrami, has reacted following the Constitutional Court's decision.

She said Albin Kurti forced Avni Deharin to violate the constitution.

The court found violations of the Constitution by Avni Dehari.

From day one we've said what the Constitutional Court confirmed today:

) Albin Kurti had Avni Dehar in violation of the Constitution.

) The same candidate cannot be voted more than 3 times Albin Kurti can no longer block Kosovo for Albulen Hadziu's name because the state is more important than anything else.

MPs should take part in the vote.

The vote should be open. The Constitution supports transparency, because we are citizens' representatives and they have the right to see who they vote for.

There's a democracy where there's a rejection of the Constitution and the Law.
