He has said Ibrahim Rugova himself as LDK chairman had given it to the Prime Minister PDK and the AAK.

I'll get your memory straight: Not the LDK, but Rugova himself as LDK chairman has coalitiond with both the PDK and the AAK, and even given both the post of prime minister. As fortunate as Kosovo then did not have this “Romanians”, that it would have complex Rugova itself. The hand in his heart, he had, but Rugova himself kept a sea distance with them.
