The continuation of this session comes after failing to elect the chief parliament on Friday, where the Vetevendosje Movement again changed the candidate for the position, proposing the incumbent Finance Minister, once deputy Iron Murati.
The proposal was made despite the VV's knowing that other parties would not vote for the Mratti, since they had clearly indicated that they did not vote any name that was part of the executive.
In contrast to earlier in which the proposal was made by VV deputy chairman Glauk Konjufca, Murati was nominated by MP Donika Grovalla, who failed to get the votes needed for this position at Wednesday's session.
Out of 115 deputies present in the hall, 57 MPs voted for the Mqirat, 52 opposed, while six abstained.
Vetevendosje Movement Chairman Albin Kurti, after the hearing, has been asked by reporters who they would propose as speaker of the Parliament on Sunday.
Kurt laughing said he'll find out on Sunday.
Since the start of Constitutive sessions on April 15th, MPs have held 54 continuations until July 26th, but have failed to complete it by selecting the Speaker and Vice President of the Parliament.
Under the Constitution's recent decision, voting for the head parliament should be open, while the same proposal for the post cannot be made more than three times./Periscopi/
