The continuing session of the Constituent session is scheduled on Tuesday (morrow), August 26, 11: 00 p.m.
On Sunday, August 24th, the VV nominated three names for the top parliament: Iron Mratura (for the second time, since it was the only candidate proposed at Friday's session), Arberie Nagavci and Dimal Basha.
Murati received 55 votes -- two short of the first session he had received 57 -- while Nagavci also received 55 votes. Dimal Basha managed to secure 57 votes, including Beke Berisha's votes from the AAK and Arben Gashi from the LDK, while all PDK deputies abstained.
VV deputy Iron Murati said that with this session it was understood that other parties no longer have problems with names, but are deliberately blocking the functioning of institutions.
Since the launch of constitutional sessions on April 15th, MPs have held dozens of follow-up until July 26th, but have failed to complete it by selecting the Speaker and Vice President of the Parliament.
On the basis of the second Constitutional Act, which was published on August 19th, MPs are obliged to complete the constitution within 30 days.
Based on it, voting for the prime minister should be open, while the same proposal for the post cannot be made more than three times. According to the bias, all MPs present must express their will by vote: for, against or abstention./Periscopi/
