The Assembly Constitution has remained hostage to the election of deputy leaders from the Serb community's ranks, after the chairman, vice-presidents from Albanian parties, as well as that of the non-Serb minority communities.
The casting process of lots has already begun to elect the deputy leader from this community.
At last session, MP Nenad Rassic failed to get the votes needed to be elected deputy head of the Parliament from the Serb community's ranks. For voting 55 MPs, 1 opposed and 20 abstained.
Today's session starts at 11:00. The Constitution is not considered closed without electing all vice-presidents.
