Kosovo's “Police, police investigators from the Directorate for Investigation of War Crimes, have arrested the S.S., at the border point of the Republic of Kosovo with Serbia in Merdare, and in co-operation with the Special Prosecutor are taking all necessary investigative actions, in line with the Penal Procedure Code”, the report says.
He allegedly during the recent war in Kosovo, committed criminal work “war crimes against the civilian population” in the Vushtrri municipality.
“Brend within the set legal deadline, towards the S.S. will apply for the appointment of the detention measure to the Constitutional Court in Pristina”, the announcement concludes. /Periscope/
