The arrest and release of five police officials, how does it affect the police image?

The five police officers suspected of <x0... the carefree suicide of Citizen Agon Zajundu in Lipjan have been released from custody following the second decision by the Appeals Court.

Former police official Hilmi Canolli says this is the main reason they remained in custody.
