The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation ( MASTI) has notified that application for subsidizing textbooks and textbooks for primary and lower middle education students has been opened from today, via e-Kosovo platform.
For the 2025/2026 school year, MAStTI will allocate 80 euros to each classroom student I to V for the purchase of textbooks and textbooks, as well as 80 euros for classroom students VI to IX for the purchase of labour notebooks and additional materials.
School texts for students of V classes IUIX will be used by previous generations, in accordance with Administrative Guides No. 13/2016, an ongoing practice from years past.
The ministry has announced that this year the application process has been simplified significantly, as parents' bank accounts have been preserved by preliminary applications. Financial means will be transferred directly to parental accounts, as has been done in the past two years.
Also, the Municipal Education Directorate has been announced on time and any applications will be verified by relevant schools before payment is carried out.
