(10 months ago)The Special Court Appeals Chamber has rejected Kadri Veselini's request, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi, to reject the Foundation's decision that did not enable the Kosovo Liberation Army's provisional release of the Liberation Army. Their request for provisional release after the completion of the Specialised Prosecutor's case was rejected by the Foundation on 13 May 2025, meanwhile Veselin, Selimi and Krasniqi appealed the decision and temporarily relinquished the right to review each two-month detention until the new decision, reports Clancosova, broadcast Periscope.
Hashim Thaci had not submitted such a request for provisional release at all, since another judicial process for attempted justice is under way. /Periscope/
