Former Kosovo Ambassador Lulzim Peci has reacted after acting Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu's statements for failing to respond to the Constitutional Court for the dismissal of Judge Radomir Laban, who is suspected to be an associate of the Serbian BIA.
KIPRED Director Lulzim Peci in a Facebook post has written that “declared someone a danger to national security from heads of state is a very dangerous precedent”, says Kosova Preris.
This job when mistakes or defeats amount to a hard-earned patriotism no matter how absurd it seems to be to be sold as an unfair victim, it hurts the country more than much of BIA's associates. BIA's associates fight, be brought before the courts, and are convicted of this job! However, without judicial decision to call and claim someone as a danger to national security from heads of state is a very dangerous precedent, which can hit our face,” wrote it.
Contrary to this, the Vetevendosje Movement's disagreement with the Constitutional Court's decision to constitute the ninth legislature -- Lulzim Peci -- has said that “recommunication with the court ruling may be also legitimate, but if it is not implemented, in this case the Constitutional Court's decision, it is in the easiest case to break the law and, at the very least, a crime. ”
Otherwise, at a media conference today, incumbent Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu said Radomir Laban's appointment as Constitutional Judge remains a major puzzle, as he has been involved in criminal activities and has been sentenced to six years' removal of freedom.
The accused as BIA agent has pleaded guilty to the court. Serbia has also historically used and uses the agents today in order to extend influence to every neighbouring country, especially the Republic of Kosovo. Among these examples is that of a member of the Constitutional Court. Based on information from relevant institutions, the Constitutional Court Judge allegedly is one of BIA's associates. During 2006 it was part of Serbia's customs, officials in the intelligence unit. According to reports publicly known, he was involved in criminal activities and had been sentenced to six years of freedom. This case is believed when BIA has compensated and organised the shift in Kosovo. The way it is condemned by the suffering of punishment in Serbia is baffling. The great enigma remains his appointment and position in the position of Constitutional Court Judge”, she said./Periscopi/
