It says that “this very short period of detention for acts they allegedly carried out indicates a serious problem in handling cases from justice institutions”.
Haxhiu adds that “such a brief approach and the break-up of detention could lead to tragic consequences, as we saw today with the triple murder”.
“The system of justice must show maximum responsibility to protect the lives and security of citizens”, it says.
