Albert Krasniqi: The procedure for electing two vice-presidents representing non-company communities must be repeated

Albert Krasniqi from the Democracy Plus organisation in Pristina has said through a Facebook post that the procedure for selecting the two vice-presidents of the Parliament representing the non-most communities must be repeated, as the followed approach is not in line with the Constitution. The candidate for deputy leader from the Serb community can only be proposed by the Serbian List, which represents the majority of MPs in this community, and not by other political subjects”.
According to Krasniqi, activating the loting procedure for candidate selection can only be done in cases where there are no proposals and always in the presence of the respective community's deputies. Without their participation, lots cannot be developed.
Among other things, Krasniqi has said the scenario to drain Serbian List candidacies in order to pass Mr. Nenad Rashiqi's SPO cannot be realised without the approval of most of the MPs in this community. /Periscope/
