These are Albania's most noisy cities

Albania is a cell phone that finds no calm day or night. Daily life is defined by the horns of cars, marmit noises, bans and heavy gas, whistles, and screams, construction sites, and many of these. Traffic is the main cause of noise, but not the only one. The National Agency of Environment report refers to every city [...]
The National Environment Agency report refers to that in any city where noise levels are measured it has resulted in higher than the limit they should have. Lusnja is the only city that stays within the limits during the day and night while Kukes and Permeti were only overnight.
“Monitory noise has been carried out in Tirana cities Shkodra Vlora, Lezha, Kukes, Korca, Pogradec, Berat, Saranda, Gjirokastra, Fier, Pushtje, Lushnje. Based on monitoring data during 2017, the level of noise exceeds the limits for the day period (55 dB) in all the cities monitored excluding the town of Lusnje.
For the night period (45 dB) The noise level in the cities of Kukes, Permet and Lushnje is within limit values, while in other surveyed cities, it exceeds the limits. The main cause of noise emissions is road traffic. Also, locals generate noises both day and night” says the report.
According to the document based on noise monitoring data day's highest noise level has been estimated in the city of Tirana, where we have exceeded the rate to 15.1 %, Vlora 14.7%, Saranda 13.6%, Gjirokastra 11.1%. The lowest levels have been monitored in the cities of Kukes, Pogradec, Permeti, and Lushnja. Road traffic is a phenomenon of random character, so we say that the impact of traffic or any other external factor causing noise at the moment of monitoring may be the cause of lowering or increasing urban noise levels in the cities that are monitored.
As for night-time noise monitoring, data shows that the highest level has been monitored in the city of Vlora, where we have exceeded the rate by 18.75 %, Tirana with 16.51% and Saranda at 14.6% and lower levels have been monitored in the cities of Kukes, Pogradec, Permeti and Lushnja./ Monitor
