It has been nearly five years since the trial has begun against former KLA leaders in The Hague. During the trial, the Special Court was constantly criticised for misjudgment. The specialist went so far as to make the decision to accept some documents from Serbia as evidence. These documents have reportedly been provided by Serbia's State Security Service, the Interior Ministry and other state institutions of this country. The entire process of veterans has been praised as human rights violations, and today thousands of citizens from all Albanian lands protested along with them, writes Periscopi.
Large and small participated in the protest organised by KLA veterans. Also present were family members of former leaders held in custody at The Hague, but not also Vetevendosje MP and Rexhep Selimi's wife, Albania.
Annie why her husband is being tried in The Hague and who has been in custody for 5 years, Shqipe Selimi has chosen silence, the same as the party he is part of, Vetevendosje. Even as wife and deputy in the Kosovo Assembly, Mrs. Selimi has not been active to raise his voice against injustice in The Hague.
Albanian Selimi did not bother to call for citizens to join the mass protest today.
She recently delivered a post of her boss, Albin Kurti, who received several exiles in Government two days ago.

Protest organisers and other speakers demanded that those indicted by the Court in The Hague have “justice and injustice”. The Special Court was accused of being biased and that it is trying to shift the blame from “to rescuers”. So it was said that selective justice produces injustice.
At the same time after the protest, the KLA War Veterans' Organisation thanked all participants, stressing that <x0 when people get up, injustice cannot pass”.
