Ahmeti said the Special has wrongly investigated and tried only one party and, according to him, has systematically ruled out Serbian state violence, which said it is a source of genocide and war crimes that Serbia committed in Kosovo.
Furthermore, it co-operates with the state structures of Occupator Serbia, acknowledging as aKPOCE material they offer, those who committed crimes”.
“We demand that representatives of the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Northern Macedonia, who are in the Council of Europe, seek revision of the Council of Europe's 2011 resolution, because so far it has been proven by many ways that human organs trafficking has never occurred from the KLA, on which untruth has been wrongly sought the formation of the Special Court”, Ahmeti said.
On the other hand, Ahmeti said Albanians refuse to accept their history being written by foreigners, much less, as he said, by a court that is not competent for this and that has lost integrity.
