Actuality against four persons for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and robbery

Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has handed the indictment to the Constitutional Court in Pristina against four people -- F.C., B.B., L.J. and E.L. -- for several criminal acts.

F.C. and B.B. They are accused of committing criminal acts: “The participation or organisation of the organised criminal group”, in connection with criminal activity “Trafficking with people”.

Also, B.B. Also charged with criminal activity “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue”, the Prosecutor's Facebook report said.

According to the indictment, defendants F.C. and B.B. They are charged that between 2019 and July 29, 2024, acting as part of an organised criminal group, along with other persons, deliberately and financially beneficially, have organised, recruited, transported, transferred and sheltered women and girls from Latin America and other states in the Republic of Kosovo.

An indictment is said to have forced victims to offer free sex services through cans, the use of force, or other forms of tribulation.

While, defendants L.J. and E.L. Charged with criminal acts “The sex services of trafficking victim” and “Grabbitja”.

According to the indictment, L.J. and E.L. on July 29, 2024, with the aim of using paid sex services through the use of force and rowage, have attacked victims of trafficking and have illegally pocketed them with money.

The Special Prosecutor has proposed to the Constitutional Court in Pristina that, after the trial, the defendants be found guilty of criminal acts that are imposed on them, and that conform laws be pronounced on them.
