According to the indictment, the event took place on January 23rd 2025 in the town of Kline, where the defendant allegedly took action aimed at inciting hatred, division and non-compliance among groups of different political beliefs.
The Special Prosecutor has proposed to the court that, after the trial, the defendant be convicted and pronounced a sentence in line with legislation in force.
The case is expected to be addressed in regular judicial procedure in Pristina.
