She has written that Kosovo is proud to be the first country to have proposed removing trade barriers to the main ally.
“Since today, Kosovo's decision on a Z tariff goes into effect ERO for all American goods. We are proud to have been the first country to propose the removal of all barriers to our strategic ally”, Osmani wrote, not to mention at all the Government of Kosovo as decision-making.
