Over 13,000 voters out of Kosovo registered for voting by mail

The census application must be individual and can be made through the CEC's electronic platform https://diaspora.kqz-x.org or via mail sending the application to the CEC mailbox in Kosovo.
From July 23rd until Friday, August 22, 2025, via electronic platform https://diaspora.kqz-x.org has been accepted 16.902 voter voting applications, of which 13.360 have been approved, while 3.542 have already been refused, reports KSVP, broadcast. Periscope.
In most of the rejected cases, applicants have not submitted one of the documents proving their address outside Kosovo, identification document in which the residence address is listed, local authority confirmation, rent contract, service receipts, document issued by the bank or security company, document proving the person's address to which they are temporarily staying, other residential testimony to specific cases, hotel reservations, dormitories, etc.
Under the procedure, packaged applications, which lack support documents, will be rejected.
The CEC says Kosovo citizens who will be registered during this period will be able to vote via mail in the period, which will begin on September 17th and complete on October 11th 2025.
