Of the 96 published reports, 49 are central level, 38 local/communs, as well as nine (9) of public enterprises.
In these reports, 42 unmodified opinions have been given: clean (34 central, seven local, as well as one for public company Telekom.

He noted all these audits have provided a total of 765 recommendations, out of which the largest number has been provided for the local 413 recommendations, for the central level 194, as well as for public enterprises, 158 soos.

Despite the recommendations provided, continued communications with all levels of audited budgetary organisations, then meeting with the mayors, with DEMOS, OSCE, results of auditing show that; the quality of financial reporting and budget execution is still not good.
In a report to last year, this quality has deteriorated further, especially at the local level where 23 qualified opinions were given in 2023, while in 2024 31 qualified opinions for municipality” were given, Spanka said.
