The worker who died today in Gjakova was a soldier KLA, a brother died in war

Two construction workers died today in Gjakova after falling from the facility they were working on. One of them, Haziri Jakupi, has been a soldier of the Kosovo Liberation Army. His brother, Fittim Jakupi, had been killed in the war.

That's why the former Commandant has announced KLA, Sokol Basota.

“Lajmi for the tragic death at the site of Daut Bajraktar from Jashanica and Haziri Jakupi, brother of witness Fitim Jakupi from Caravik, was a severe and painful blow for all of us. Haziri Jakupi, after his brother Fitim Jakupi's heroic fall, did not stand aside, grabbed his gun and joined the ranks of the Kosovo Liberation Army, following his brother's ideal and blood for freedom. Today, Haziri and Daut lost their lives in an effort to make a living”, Basota wrote.

He has said these cases should be alarm for domestic institutions and construction companies.

“Our workers need security, dignity, and protection at the workplace. No one should risk their lives for living”, Basota wrote./Periscopi/
