“ : The VV and Initiative give positive signals for agreement- Was it the end of the loop?

The Constitutional Court has set 26 July as the deadline for the constitution, but this is expected to happen earlier. The key to this solution is expected to be the name of NISMA chairman Fatmir Limaj. The latter indicated that I would have a coffee with VV chairman Albin Kurti, but originally today [...]
Is the Assembly under contract on Monday?
Paraditions that the Kosovo assembly will be consulted next week have come from Vetevendosje and NISMA.
VV MP Albulen Haxhiu could sacrifice “by giving up running for top parliament and staffing to NISMA chairman Fatmir Limaj.
Haxhiu said they have the will to co-operate with the “Chelici party”.
“They will happen, or there will be meetings of Mayor Kurti with Chairman Limaj, and once they are closed there will be public opinion notification through the media whether or not there will be agreements. The VV's position is clear, it is up to the proposal for the chief parliament responsible for the Kosovo Constitution and two court judgments. We've heard the representatives of the Initiative, but since there are meetings we have to wait for them to happen and let you know of the deal if there are”, Haxhiu had said among other things.
That there is expected to be a solution Monday has also warned NISMA deputy Xhevahire Izmaku.
We stand by our request that we think is reasonable for the position of Speaker of the Parliament. We got the votes. If Fatmir Limaj's name is proposed, then on Monday it could be dedicated to Parliament”, Izmak told Radio Free Europe.
President “
The country's president, Vjosa Osmani, during a media conference has warned that she will address the Constitutional Court next week if the Assembly of Kosovo is not constitutionalised at the weekend.
“We are preparing the subject for the Constitutional, and if there is even no agreement over the weekend that could result with the constitutional institutions, at the beginning of the week we will head to the Court, but we don't know how long it will take to respond to”, Osmani said.
I am convinced that, for any other term, the binding deadline, even for this term that the Court has declared compulsory and constitutional, if not respected, there must be legal consequences. I'm not talking about criminal consequences. The legal consequence means what happens to institutions if they don't build up until July 26th?
We understand that the Parliament has failed to make the 48th time. / P ERISCOPI/
