Today, first at 11 o'clock, the 48th consecutive session is held in the attempt at restoring the Kosovo Assembly.
MPs will be reunited in an effort to overcome the stalemate that has lasted since the first meeting on 15 April, when the process began with continuing changes every 48 hours, without concrete results.
At last session, the proposal for forming the commission failed to manage the secret vote by the Speaker of Parliament.
The Constitutional Court's decision imposes the final constitution within 30 days of the first session, setting the deadline until 26 July.
The key point remains the election of Parliament Speaker, which is hindering Kosovo's full institutional composition after the February 9th elections. /Periscopi/
