Victory Pacolli threatens: MPs who don't vote must be granted mandate

VVI MP Victory Pacolli has threatened the former opposition parties, which, according to her, are blocking the Kosovo Parliament's constitutionalisation contrary to the Constitution and the Framework Rule of the Parliament, writes Periscope. The PDK, LDK and AAK are blocking the constitution, violating the Constitution and regulation. They're accusing Vetevendosje Movement, but it's the one party that's blocking it.
If the Assembly is not constitutionalised by the end of the month, mandates must be taken from those who refuse to vote. We can't go on like this!
