The PDK, LDK and AAK are blocking the constitution, violating the Constitution and regulation. They're accusing Vetevendosje Movement, but it's the one party that's blocking it.
If the Assembly is not constitutionalised by the end of the month, mandates must be taken from those who refuse to vote. We can't go on like this!
