The Vetevendosje movement has reacted after the Special Court's decision to drop the motion of KLA leaders, Periscopi writes.
Through a Facebook response, the VV has said that the Special Court is producing injustice, but does not forget to attack former President Thaci by asking for forgiveness.
The “government and deputies who approved and voted in the Constitutional Court judges who confirmed this court in 2015 bore direct responsibility. They must today apologize, not as formal acts, but as a sign of awareness of the great institutional and moral damage this court has caused to the country, our collective memory and our future”, it is said among other things in response.

Special Court Producing Injustice
After a few days, there are 10 years of founding with constitutional changes and special laws by the Special Court. Four of the leaders of the Liberation Army, Jakup Krasniqi, Hashim Thaci, Rexhep Selimi and Kadri Veselini, have nearly 5 years in custody.
Today's decision to drop the defense motion by the Special Court is evidence of a overturned logic of justice, where the line between liberation and aggression fades deliberately as a people's struggle for freedom is challenged by legal means. This selective model of justice does not do universal justice, but it produces a false curse that displaces guilt from the conqueror to the deliverer.
The Special Court, founded beyond any ordinary international practice, has acted as an instrument imposed on Kosovo's sovereignty. Instead of serving righteousness, she has served prejudice. Even investigating and unjustly judging only one side, it has systematically ruled out Serbian state violence, which is the real source of genocide and war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Kosovo.
April 29, May 15, 2023 Enver Dugolli as the survivor of the massacre in Dubrava Prison has been addressed to the Special Prosecutor's Prosecutor at The Hague on request for the launch of criminal investigations committed during the planning and execution of the Dubrava prison massacre. Although the prosecutor has replied that the request will still be considered today, there is no reported action in this regard.
Today is a moment of reflection. Those government and deputies who approved it voted for the Constitutional Court judges who confirmed it in 2015 bore direct responsibility. They should today seek forgiveness, not as formal acts, but as a sign of awareness of the great institutional and moral damage this court has caused the country, our collective memory and our future. This would be the first step in which a combination to protect not only legally but also socially the danger of distorting the core of our war.
Movement V IT WAS, and it remained clear: We defend the liberation war as the foundation of our country, and we oppose any attempt to relate our historic right to deliverance. Justice cannot be a means to rewrite history, nor can it silence the truth.
