Serbian Minister Roseta Hajdari's statement after interview with Special Prosecutor: Today, I was invited by the Special Prosecutor for an interview for contracting the vital state reserve process for all of us, an important process for our population. The ministry has made the purchase of state reserves at the time we were vulnerable, in February 2022 and March 2022. This vital process is now asked by the Special Prosecutor, but one question is whether it is this legal process and how the prosecution entered the ministry to obtain classified documents as secret to state reserves. No person can have access to classified secret reserve without a clear legal procedure under the guidelines of AKI and the Agency for classified protection. We as minister classified the secret places under the Law to protect classified information according to the state reserve article, but in reality the Special Prosecutor made a mistake as a well-designed step by sending two investigative officers without a security certificate and taking documents within an hour to the ministry. The Police Inspectorate, with the informative report that the two investigative police went to the ministry without a secret-level security certificate. This report by the Police Inspectorate was also sent to the Special Prosecutor for further instructions and actions against these two officers”, VV, reports Periscope.
