Kosovo police in their official response to the situation have indicated that it is about accepting a text information about a explosive threat to the Kosovo Assembly.
“Today, with the date 05.07.2025 in the morning, has been accepted with information (sms) for an explosive threat to the state object of the RKS”, the Kosovo Police say.
However, LVV deputy and former Kosovo Assembly Speaker Glauk Konjufca, as he left Kosovo's Assembly questioned about the form of threats, has said that according to information he has been made through a call.

It's about the call and the Secretary of the Kosovo Parliament, Arben Loshi, said in a press release announcing the session's continuation at 8:00, has said it is about a threat that has come through a call.
Loshi has said that the person who called spoke English and said a bomb in the Kosovo Assembly will explode within 10 minutes.
“According to the announcement the police were given, where immediate evacuation was required because in English a person has called and said a bomb was placed in the Kosovo Assembly and the same will explode at the interval after 10 minutes”, he said.
