Case “Venterians”, Lushtaku speaks after being acquitted: I've known I'm right, they've got no grounds.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina in the retrial has convicted and sentenced former Prime Minister Agim Ceku and 9 accused: Rrustem Berisha, Shkumbin Demalijaj, Sadik Halitijaha, Qele Gashi, Shukri Buja, Ahmet Daku, Faik Fazliu, Fadil Shudreaj and Xavi Jashar, in the case of “Venters”. On the other hand, Nuredin Lushtaku and Smajl Elezaj were acquitted.

Nuredin Lushtaku, who was acquitted of the prosecution, told Periscope that the court's ruling is viewed as right.

I can thank the court for making the right decision as the first time but the second time. I know I'm right, which was the purpose of the prosecutor or who was left with this act so far, I don't know”, he said.

Lushtaku added that the prosecutor of the case has had no grounds to accuse him of misusing official office.
