Trump said he prevented a conflict against Kosovo and Serbia ? What did Osman and Kurti say?

A sensational statement by US President Donald Trump has prompted conflicting reactions by Kosovo's institutional leaders, shedding light on the lack of co-ordination at the highest levels of the state on a highly sensitive issue of a possible Serbian attack on our country. Trump has recently confirmed that his administration has intervened to prevent an escalation of the situation between Kosovo and Serbia, claiming that “has stopped Serbia from targeting”. This statement has become part of a series of comments by the American president concerning global tensions, including those in Ukraine, the Middle East and Africa.
Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has confirmed Trump's role in this direction, during a speech in Washington. Without providing too much detail, Osmani hinted that Kosovo security institutions have been aware of the danger and US involvement in its prevention.
It is very clear to us that we read our security reports daily, and we are not allowed to say more, it is clear from President Trump's statements that he is making an extraordinary contribution to preventing the destabilisation of our region in recent weeks”, Osmani said.
On the other hand, incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti has confirmed that there is no information about such a situation, nor of Trump's intervention in preventing a possible attack by Serbia. He said these information could be classified and kept within the American administration.
It's hard now to say because I don't know the plans they have, I don't even have their information, I certainly do, that the White House, the United States of America, generally have more information on what operational goals Serbia has had and may have acted against them, thank you very much”, Kurti said in an interview for Tv1.
He added further: “those information they have about what they have done as a concrete operational plan against Kosovo Serbia may not know even it is expected that we cannot know. Our organs cooperate with the U.S. and maybe one day we'll have them in that information, but we don't actually possess them.”
Trump, in his recent statements, cited other international issues, saying the US has intervened to reduce tensions in some hot areas: “in recent weeks, we dealt with India and Pakistan, Kosovo and Serbia. Then we'll deal with Congo and Rwanda.”
Asked why he did not stop the war in Ukraine, Trump said the situation is much more complicated, suggesting that in other cases, the US has succeeded in stopping the conflicts: “We stopped Serbia, which would try”, without providing concrete details. /Periscope/
