The trial for the Argentina murder, the witness says in the footage the accused appeared confused

Initially, at the request of witness E.L., the chairman of the court, Judge Gazmend Bahtiri, after taking the opinion of the parties in the procedure, as well as consulting the court, took an offer he closed the hearing with to the public until the conclusion of witnessing by the witness E.L. As the session continued open for witness M.Z., reports “Justice Trust”, following Periscope.

In his testimony, the M.Z. witness stated that he had received a letter from the investigation that requested footage of the hotel cameras where the accused Nica and the victim were.

Asked by prosecutor Armend Hamiti about the missing video footage, which the witness said is sure he had handed over to investigators.

He claimed that at first these images had been handed over to two police investigators and had announced that if anything is missing, they might have been looking for it within seven days after that time, the videos are hidden. However, the lack of images was reported to the prosecutor when he issued a statement several months later.

I have also informed the investigators that if there is a shortage, within 7 days please inform me and that you can come and get yourself if necessary, because the recordings are saved only one week”, the witness said.

Asked that he as the hotel manager had known if he had ever had trouble with hotel room windows, but this thing witness M.Z. denied because the window that had fallen was static and didn't open.

What's down is static, so it won't open. It has dropped by whole frame”, M.Z. said.

Asked what condition the accused Nica was seen missing. M.Z., said the defendant Nica seemed confused, while twice he had returned to the room, adding that he could not remember whether he had landed by elevator or stairs.

“Andredit looks very confused, you don't know what I'm doing, it's seen as making a head move, or going down or up, that move that I'm doing”, he said.

At the May 28th session 2025, the accused was acquitted.

According to the indictment filed on February 11th 2025 by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor Andrew Nika is charged with having a hotel in Fushe-Kosovo on August 1st, following a preliminary dispute with his late girlfriend -- now M. K-U., which first hits him in a continuous manner and tries to hit him in the car at the parking lot outside the hotel, and after entering the hotel- into the room he was standing in, defendant Nica deliberately tries to deprive him of his life now to feel like M. The K-U has continued fighting and hitting the injured, sending him to the corner of the room from which he could not leave and from the shocks and delays that he has now made to the late M. K-U., he pulled the window frame out of the room window from the sixth floor. As a result of injuries, despite medical treatment, I now felt it.

With that, accused Andrew Nica is accused of committing a criminal act “grave murder” by Article 173, par.1, areas 1.3 of the Penal Code.
