This was experienced by Avni Gashi's 10-year-old daughter when she was attacked the day before by stray dogs in front of the clinic where she was receiving treatment, that of Physic Medicine and Rehibilisation.

Disillusioned despite the situation, he has no intention of pursuing any legal course.
