A tragic event has occurred in the town of Prilep in northern Macedonia, where a man has killed his 11-year-old nephew and son with firearms, and then committed suicide.
According to reports, the man was staying with the two boys at home and about an hour later shot them to death.
The event took place yesterday afternoon, reporting to the police at around 3:30, but the police went to the scene only after seven hours at 10:30.
This delay, according to a2cn, has raised serious concerns about the failure of institutions in emergency cases.
When the police tried to enter the house, the author threatened them with a hand bomb and then activated it, creating panic in the neighborhood.
Due to the danger, assistance was sought from Skopje, but special forces arrived only after midnight, about 1:30.
The intervention had no effect, since the author committed suicide.
Only after this dramatic situation did authorities launch investigations. So far, the reasons for this tragedy are not known, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs has not yet issued an official statement./Periscopi/
