The Kosovo Association for Research and Rescue has said last night that the search operation by continuing and that any official information will be made public only by competent institutions and teams involved in the field.
“The Kosovo Association for Research and Rescue announces public opinion that the information being circulated on social networks concerning the locate of the body of the slain person in Weyman is unfounded and without evidence.
Research is still under way and any official information will be published only by relevant institutions and teams engaged on the ground. We urged citizens and the media not to share false news that only creates confusion and prevents search-saving operations”, says the report.
Deputy Police Director for the Northern Region Veton Elshani has said they are hoping to find his body, while appealing to citizens not to jump off bridges there.
