Some of the people associated with the police today have been arrested on suspicion of involvement in illegal activities, during which investigations are still continuing in the case of carrying public property in private illegally.
“Investigations relate to the case of illegally carrying private-owned public property through a forged act of judgment. The property in question is found in Pristina's Veternik, and is owned publicly by the Kosovar Privatisation Agency (AKP), respectively, of the RTP” social company, said in the statement.

Pristina, 16 July 2025 The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, in close co-operation with the Directorate for Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption of the Kosovo Police, announces the public opinion that, under the criminal case, PP. I.126K/23, has today carried out raids and raids authorised by the Court, at several locations in Pristina, Ferizaj and Entrance.
The control has been conducted in two state institutions: Kosovo's Cadastral Agency and the Kosovo Archives Agency, as well as several other locations of interest in the investigation.
During this action, five M.B., V.B., were escorted to police. B. S. M.B. and Mr. S., while after the interview, some of them have been arrested on suspicion of involvement in illegal activities, during which investigations are still continuing in the case of carrying public property into private illegally.
Investigations relate to the case of the illegal carrying of private-owned public property through a forged act of judgment. Property in question is found in Pristina's Veternik, and is owned publicly by the Kosovo Privatisation Agency (AKP) of the RTP social company, respectively.
