The Court of Appeals has again accepted complaints over the decision to appoint detention to suspects Sergeant Ibrahim Nela and police officials: Albian Retkoceri, Artion Kondzhel, Liridon Candorman and Andrew Beqiri, due to suspicion that they committed criminal acts “suicide from carelessness” against 27-year-old Agon Zamenu in Lipjan.
Laurel Ulaj, Appeal's spokeswoman has confirmed for “Battle for Justice” that the complaint has been accepted on July 25th 2025.

Initially, the Foundation Court in Pristina-The branch in Lipjan on July 9th 2025 had assigned the detention for a month to five suspects.
In contrast, the Court of Appeals-The General Department on July 17th 2025 had approved complaints of suspects' defenders -- Sergeant Ibrahim Nela and police officials: Albian Retkoceri, Artion Kondzhel, Liridon Uniman and Andrew Beqiri, and on official duty had canceled the foundation decision.
Even in the restoration, the Foundation on July 23rd 2025 had again decided that suspects remain in custody. /Periscopi/
