(a year ago)The Special Court through an official announcement on the tribunal's page has announced that the Court in the case against former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselini, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi, has set the date 16 July 2025 to publicise their decision regarding the joint motion of defence teams [...]
The 4th Defence had submitted this motion on June 12th, while countering the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has gone to the Court's address on July 7th.
The hearing for the most important decision after the completion of the prosecution's presentation of evidence and witnesses will begin at 9am next week, and is expected to continue with the process during the day, respectively, the hearing of expert witnesses from the Victims Protection Office. /Periscope/
