According to the announcement, the court has issued the order by which it has set 15 September as the target date for the start of presentation of evidence from defence.
The “Data will be confirmed at the defence preparation conference to be held on August 19th 2025”.
“Panel also issued further commands regarding such aspects as revised lists of material evidence and deadlines for extracting prove”, the report says.
In this case, the defence request has been approved, which has had to begin on August 25th with the presentation of evidence. /Periscope/
