Sixty-eight of the victims, including 28 children, were registered in the Kerr County, where a camp of girls on the river flooded.
Ten girls and an adviser from the mystic camp have not yet been found.
Officials say the number of victims will surely increase, reports REL, broadcast Periscope.
In the next 24 to 48 hours, more storms are expected in the region, which can make the work of rescue teams even more difficult.
They are already facing dangers like poisonous snakes until they continue their search between mud and rubble.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott said Sunday that authorities would do everything possible to find every person still missing.
“It was terrible to see what those young children experienced”, Abbott said the day after visiting the area.
President Donald Trump signed a statement Sunday for a state of emergency in the Kerr County, thus activating the Federal Emergency Management Agency in Texas.
He also said he could visit this state on Friday.
We're working closely with representatives from Texas, and it's a terrible thing that happened -- absolutely terrible”, Trump said.
