In attendance are Jelal Svechla, Victory Pacolli, Salih Zyba and Drita Milaku.
Last session, the July 2nd of this year, was not held due to Pacolli's unwillingness.
The same had written on Facebook claiming he did not accept an official invitation from the Pristina Court for holding the session on that date.
The trial has my home address and it knows exactly where I live. If they really sent an invitation and didn't find me at home, it's a legal obligation of the police or post service to leave a notice of their presence, either to set a different date or to inform me to appear in court”, Pacolli wrote.
The Act on Svecla, Pacoll, Millaku's Voice was established on July 26, 2019, as, according to the Prosecutor, the tear gas dump had reportedly been unable to continue the Assembly session, and all MPs had been forced to clear the hall.
