During the meeting, Tahiri has presented his plan “RAMP4” (Ramaʹs Marshal Plan 4 Albania), an ambitious plan for structural reforms of the system of governance at both central and local levels.
He has also informed the prime minister of his initiative to organise an International Conference for Governance in Tirana, where global trends in public management and government reforms will be discussed.
