Abelard Tahiri, from the speech of the Kosovo Parliament's plenary hall, said the head of the constitutional session, Avni Dehari, which 45 times is violating the country's Constitution.
He called for a return to the agenda, until he said Kosovo citizens are holding the institution of citizens hostage, Periscopi broadcast.
“Today is the 45th time the chairman of the session is violating the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. This is unacceptable”, Tahiri said.
